The City of Rossland is proud to announce a partnership with the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) and Selkirk College’s Geospatial Research Center (SGRC). This partnership has enabled the City of Rossland to join in the RDKB’s Interactive Mapping Application, which is hosted by the SGRC, and have the City’s public data represented online. Users of this site can view and retrieve public information about parcels, zoning, Official Community Plan, infrastructure (water, sewer, storm), and other related geographic information.
If you are new to using interactive mapping applications please familiarize yourself with the program by using the Tutorial located on the Welcome page (see link below).
It is strongly suggested that you review the ‘Help’ tools in the mapping application which review the various tools available for use, so you are aware of the different ways to retrieve data and create maps that are informative and useful for you as a public user.
