 The Lower Columbia Affordable Housing  Society (in conjunction with BC Housing & Columbia Basin Trust) and the City of Rossland are partnering together to build a four-storey mixed-use building on a vacant, City-owned lot located at 1920 Third Avenue in Rossland, BC. The development will involve building a ground floor civic/institutional space intended to be the new Rossland City Hall with three storeys of affordable rental housing located directly above.
